The CLARK PPFXS20 low lift pallet truck with a load capacity of 2 t features an integrated operator platform with padded side walls. It has a fully electric power steering system, which allows the truck to be operated intuitively and safely. The automatic reduction of the driving speed in curves also ensures a high level of safety. The CLARK low-lift pallet truck is the ideal vehicle for loading and unloading trucks, transporting loads by road and picking a wide variety of goods.

Three-phase traction motor
The maintenance-free and enclosed 1.6 kW three-phase traction motor with a top speed of 10 km/h and the powerful 2.2 kW hoist motor ensure maximum efficiency when lifting and lowering loads with the PPFXS20.
Rounded fork tips
The rounded fork tips allow rapid threading into the pallet and thus contribute to a high turnover of goods.
Side battery removal
The low lift truck is available with side battery change. The quick and easy battery exchange via a roller bed ensures high availability of the truck.
Ergonomic controls
The ergonomic controls can be operated intuitively and without fatigue by both left- and right-handed operators. The fully electric power steering is particularly smooth and allows precise and safe manoeuvring even in the tightest spaces.

For intensive applications, such as multi-shift operation, where the focus is on high availability, the PPFXS20 is also available with a lithium-ion battery (205 Ah). The Li-Ion battery can be easily recharged without limiting the service life. The battery can be recharged at any 230-volt socket. 7 % of the battery capacity can be recharged in only 10 minutes.
Additionally, Li-Ion technology not only enhances productivity but also results in significant cost savings in terms of maintenance, infrastructure, and battery replacement. This makes Li-Ion batteries a cost-effective choice for operators seeking high performance, durability, rapid charging capabilities, and robust safety standards.

Maintenance & Service
Low operating costs due to simple maintenance
The use of proven AC controllers makes the PPFXS20 pallet truck an extremely maintenance-friendly warehouse helper. Should a malfunction nevertheless occur, the error code indication in the display provides the service technician with information about the possible cause. The truck offers easy access for service and maintenance work. In addition, the service technician can easily programme all driving parameters via the display.
