Overview
BST12 – Electric Pallet Stacker
The BST12 and BST12i are compact electric pallet stackers designed for daily use in warehouses, production areas, and goods distribution.
Both trucks have been developed for precise operation in confined spaces and impress with high stability, safe operation, and easy handling in pedestrian mode.
The standard proportional lift enables smooth and precise lifting and lowering of the load.
Pallets can be positioned accurately, delicate goods are handled with care, and work at racking systems is made significantly easier.
The BST12 is designed for standard pallet transport as well as storage and retrieval applications.
The BST12i additionally features initial lift and allows two pallets to be transported at the same time, with a total load capacity of up to 1,200 kg.
The initial lift also increases ground clearance, making it easier to travel safely over ramps, dock levellers, and uneven floors.
Thanks to their compact dimensions and clear design, both pallet stackers offer excellent visibility of the forks and load.

Driving behavior & Stability
Both trucks feature a four-wheel concept with a low centre of gravity for high stability during driving and lifting. Adjustable balance wheels support consistent ground contact and can help extend the service life of the drive wheel.
The small turning radius supports precise manoeuvring, even in tight working areas. Quiet operation contributes to smooth handling, including in noise sensitive environments.
Operator-friendly
The BST12 and BST12i are designed for safe and ergonomic operation. The long, low and laterally offset tiller arm provides sufficient distance between the operator and the truck frame, supporting safe working conditions.
A turtle mode function supports safe manoeuvring with the tiller arm raised and reduced driving speed. This is ideal in confined storage areas and for precise load positioning.
The standard proportional lift enables controlled, fine lifting and lowering movements. This supports accurate placement in racking and helps reduce unnecessary shocks to the load. Optional equipment includes a tiller arm with TFT colour display, providing clear operating information.
