BST12i – Electric Pallet Stacker with initial lift
The BST12 and BST12i models are compact electric pallet stackers for daily use in warehouses, production and goods distribution. Both trucks are designed for precise work in confined areas and support stable handling, safe operation and easy control in pedestrian operation.
A key feature is the standard proportional lift, which enables smooth and precise lifting and lowering. This supports accurate load positioning and helps protect sensitive goods during storage and retrieval.
The BST12 is designed for classic pallet transport and standard storage and retrieval tasks. The BST12i also features an initial lift, enabling double pallet transport with a total load capacity of up to 1,200 kg. The initial lift also increases ground clearance, supporting safe driving over ramps, dock levellers and uneven floors.
Thanks to compact dimensions and a clear layout, both models provide excellent visibility of the forks and load.

Li-Ion Technology
The BST12i is equipped with a lithium-ion battery (24 V / 60 Ah) as standard. The battery is maintenance-free, durable and can be recharged at any time without affecting its service life.
The integrated charger (24 V / 25 A) allows charging at any standard 230 V socket. This ensures high operational readiness, even with changing shifts or spontaneous additional requirements.
An integrated battery discharge protection protects the battery and extends its service life.
Safety
Driving behavior & Stability
The truck feature a four-wheel concept with a low centre of gravity for high stability during driving and lifting. Adjustable balance wheels support consistent ground contact and can help extend the service life of the drive wheel.
The small turning radius supports precise manoeuvring, even in tight working areas. Quiet operation contributes to smooth handling, including in noise sensitive environments.
Operator-friendly
The BST12 and BST12i are designed for safe and ergonomic operation. The long, low and laterally offset tiller arm provides sufficient distance between the operator and the truck frame, supporting safe working conditions.
A turtle mode function supports safe manoeuvring with the tiller arm raised and reduced driving speed. This is ideal in confined storage areas and for precise load positioning.
The standard proportional lift enables controlled, fine lifting and lowering movements. This supports accurate placement in racking and helps reduce unnecessary shocks to the load. Optional equipment includes a tiller arm with TFT colour display, providing clear operating information.
