With the CLARK SWX16 electric pallet truck with a load capacity of 1600 kg, you can complete your daily transport tasks in the warehouse and load goods safely and efficiently. With the optional 24 V, 200 Ah Li-ion battery, it is also possible to keep the pallet truck available at all times thanks to intermediate charging and short charging times. This allows the vehicle to be seamlessly integrated into your logistics processes. Practical features, such as a USB charging port and the intuitive, sensitive hydraulics, also support you in your day-to-day warehouse operations.

Ergonomic operating elements
To ensure intuitive and fatigue-free operation of the vehicle, all controls are conveniently positioned in the ergonomic drawbar and can be operated by both right-handed and left-handed users. The fact that the drawbar is set long and low means that the operator can operate the vehicle from a safe distance. The operator also has an optimum view of the forks and can therefore store and retrieve loads quickly and safely in narrow aisles.

The SWX16 impresses with its powerful and maintenance-free AC drive technology, which is supported by a 1.6 kW drive motor and a 4.5 kW lift motor. Additional safety is provided by the automatic speed reduction when the forks are raised. The standard proportional hydraulic control enables safe and precise storage and retrieval, even of sensitive loads.

Even with intensive use and high availability requirements, the SWX16 with Li-ion battery is a good choice. The powerful 205 Ah Li-ion battery can be recharged effortlessly and without any loss of service life, meaning that the pallet truck is almost always ready for use. Recharging is conveniently possible at any 230 V socket. An external charger with 24 V, 100 Ah is included in the scope of delivery.

Safety
The SWX16 ensures maximum safety during operation thanks to several safety features: The proportional hydraulic control enables precise and smooth load movement for accurate lifting of loads. When setting down the load, the proportional valve ensures controlled load handling. In addition, the travelling speed is automatically reduced as soon as the load is lifted to ensure high stability. The rounded vehicle contour minimises potential danger spots, while the four-point support ensures maximum stability. The safety drawbar is attached to the bottom left of the vehicle. This ensures sufficient distance from the operator. A large safety collision switch on the drawbar provides additional protection during use.
Maintenance & Service
The SWX16 high lift pallet truck is equipped with a tried-and-tested AC controller. This makes it extremely easy to maintain. In the event of a fault, the error code display provides precise information on the cause. This makes diagnosis easier for the service technician. The one-piece cover allows easy access for service and maintenance work. In addition, the service technician can easily programme the driving and lifting parameters via the vehicle display.
