 The WSE16 series is available with modern lithium-ion batteries:

• 24 V / 150 Ah with external charger 24 V / 50 A (option)
• 24 V / 230 Ah with external charger 24 V / 100 A (std.)

Li-ion technology is maintenance-free and supports opportunity charging, delivering high availability for multi-shift operation. No ventilation zones or maintenance tasks such as water top-up are required.

AC control with regenerative braking supports smooth, controlled driving. The rounded truck contour helps reduce potential impact points, while the four-wheel concept provides high stability. The tiller arm positioned low on the left supports a safe distance between the operator and the truck frame.

Further safety features include:

• Electromagnetic parking brake
• Automatic lift cut-out at maximum lift height
• Emergency reverse switch (belly switch) on the tiller arm
• Overload protection via integrated pressure relief valve

The water- and dust-protected motor and brake unit supports reliability and service life in continuous industrial use.

The WSE16 series offers mast options for different application requirements. Standard masts cover lift heights from 2,500 to 3,500 mm and feature free lift as standard. Free lift enables the load to be lifted without changing the overall height of the truck, which supports safe operation in areas with low doors, gates or other clearance restrictions.

Triplex masts with lift heights from 4,500 to 5,600 mm are available for applications requiring higher lift heights. These variants also feature free lift and support flexible handling when storing at higher racking levels.

The low center of gravity supports stable and controlled handling throughout the entire lift range. The vertically arranged drive motor is highly efficient and supports a small turning radius for precise maneuvering in confined areas.
